Hey guys, thoughts I would share some ideas that you could use to relax. These are just ideas and depending on your temperament could be very different. I will speak more about temperaments in another post soon, in the meantime - enjoy!

 

Soak your feet (can use a foot spa if you have one, if not you can put some warm water in a deep bowl and add some natural oils, then place your feet inside. Olive oil and coconut oil are good examples.) If you are using a foot spa, please be sure to follow the instructions for your own spa. After soaking and drying your feet, moisturise with your natural oils, a foot soothing gel or with some cocoa butter. Your feet will feel great!!

 

Read a book, watch a series, your fave film or vlogger or listen to some music

 

Apply a natural face mask - banana, honey and brown sugar is a good example. (Brown sugar is a natural exfoliator, bananas have vitamin A, B and D which are great for the skin and honey is a natural moisturiser) Mash ½ to 1 banana until in a paste form, add 2 teaspoons of brown sugar and 2 teaspoons of honey. Put onto a clean face (wash with your usual face wash or soap) for 10-20 minutes and then rinse off using lukewarm water.

 

Go out for dinner with friends, food and friendship is always a good idea!

 

Phone call with the bestie, it’s nice to laugh!

 

Soak in the bath with some bath bombs – Lush do great products!

 

Order a takeaway or make your favourite comfort food
